Where can I park my car?
We offer more than 120 parking spaces and 5 VIP lots. VIP guests with shuttle service can be dropped off in front of the main entrance. For trucks we can offer truck parking spaces.
How does delivery work?
A ground-level entrance for trucks to enter directly into the hall is available. With prior arrangement, we can provide a helicopter landing site.
What is the cost to rent the hall?
Rental prices depend on the space constellation requested. We are happy to help you find the suitable rooms for your event. Please contact if you have any questions!
Can we bring our own caterer?
You are bound to our supplier and the Wagenhallen kitchen. However, anything is possible: From a staffed buffet, to street food stalls, to a five-course menu. Find more information in our brochure.
Can we bring our own tech partner?
Unfortunately, no. You are bound to use our established tech partner, mu-te. The support of the in-house technology runs exclusively through us. Exceptions are only possible after consulting us, and in individual cases, i.e. if you are a roadshow or you use film teams.
What services do the Wagenhallen cover?
The kitchen and service staff, as well as the cleaning, and security staff are fixed parts of our offer.
What additional services can the Wagenhallen offer?
Decoration and floristry, sanitary service, custom event planning, guided tours of the Wagenhallen site, and furniture made in house. It is possible to add external furniture though.
Do I need to get a permit for my event from the city?
Our room assignment plans are already approved by the city. There are some exceptional cases such as car shows, pyrotechnics, or changes of emergency exit routes. In these cases we take care of the additional permits and arrangements with the city.
