Protection of Minors
We do not grant admission without an official, valid photo I.D. Please show your I.D. along with your ticket at security check.
Youth younger than 14 years old are admitted, but only if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
For youth over 14 and under 16 years of age, admission to an event in the Wagenhallen is only permitted with the written confirmation of a parent or legal guardian. Please fill out the first part of the parental authorization.
If other regulations apply to individual events, you will find them in the respective program description on our website.

Directions: By Public Transport
By Stadtbahn (light rail) lines U5, U6, U7, U15 to Pragfriedhof, take a 5-minute walk downhill via Hedwig-Dohm-Straße, between Pragfriedhof and Berufsschule.
By S-Bahn (suburban railway) lines S4, S5, S6, S60 to Nordbahnhof, 10-minute walk downhill via Presselstraße to Hedwig-Dohm-Straße between Pragfriedhof and Berufsschule.
All tickets for events in the Wagenhallen include a VVS ticket for public transport, which entitles you to free return travel on VVS public transport (2nd class) in the entire VVS area. You can find a map of the VVS here: VVS
Directions: By Car/Parking
Coming from Hauptbahnhof (main station) and S-Mitte via Heilbronner Straße, after Pragfriedhof turn right down Hedwig-Dohm-Straße to the Wagenhallen parking lot. There are 120 parking spaces on site of the Wagenhallen. For concerts and large events we recommend to travel by public transport.
Accessibility
Die Wagenhallen are completely at ground level, and all event areas, including the outdoor area, have separately accessible barrier-free toilets. Our entrances can be approached directly. If you have questions, please contact us in advance or get in touch with our staff on site.
Dangerous Objects
Please leave the following objects at home: knives, scissors, sharp objects, selfie sticks, pyrotechnics, laser pointers, tasers, pepper spray, markers and likewise, weapons of all kinds, as well as drugs of all kinds. Violations will be punished with a ban and, if necessary with a charge.

We offer the following payments: cash or EC-cards, events by invoice
Coat Check
You can find our large coat check in our lounge. We charge a small fee for dropping off jackets, bags, etc.
Food & Drinks
We offer a fine selection of beverages and drinks. There is no need to bring your own food and drinks. At many events we offer delicious food from our in-house kitchen.
Ticketverkauf
Die Wagenhallen do not offer ticket presales on site or by phone. Tickets can be purchased at any known presale point and via XXX, unless stated otherwise in the program description.
If an event is sold out, you will find this information on our website. Otherwise there are still tickets available at the box office at the main entrance.
Party the night away with the Wagenhallen-Club-Ticket:
Entry is five euros for motto parties, which take place monthly. If you pay seven euros, you also get a round-trip ticket with the VVS, in the entire VVS area, including the morning after the party.

Photos
The use of professional photo and video equipment is prohibited.
Taking photos in the outdoor area on the premises of the Wagenhallen is prohibited, whether for personal or professional use. It is only permitted with the prior approval of Wagenhallen Stuttgart.
